Frequently Asked Questions

How are rows counted?

Each successful API call includes a 'data' parameter in its payload. The number of items/rows in it are counted towards your bill. If you use the /reconcile endpoint, the number of items in data_a and data_b are summed.

How is the Pay-as-you-go plan billed?

You are only charged for the data/rows processed. First 100,000 rows are free of charge, then $0.99 / 1,000 rows.

What's the difference between Pay-as-you-go and Tier plans?

Pay-as-you-go charges per 1,000 rows processed with no monthly commitment. Tier plans include a set number of rows per month at a lower per-row rate, with discounted pricing for additional usage.

How do I use the free 100,000 rows?

The first 100,000 rows are always free of charge. There is no need to do anything special to use them - just create an account and dedupe away!

How secure is my data?

We use industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Your data is never stored permanently.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your current billing period.
